Radio does not turn off with the motor off and the doors opened. Unbolt the now exposed 10 mm bolt. Then you remove a couple of bolts and it comes right off. Only the switch panel needs to be removed.

It is held in by spring clips. Unplug the wiring harness connectors from the switch panel.
