The doors should be able to be opened with the key mechanically. The interior lock button does not unlock doors but will lock the driver side the only door i can unlock at this time. Bmw does have a specific bulletin that addresses this issue and requires replacing the fuse if blown and measure the resistance of all the door lock actuators to determine which is bad.
