2009 Tahoe Drivers Side Door Control Panel Stopped Working

How do i remove the driver side door panel all of the controls stopped working all of a sudden for the widows.

Even if i don t drive it and check it each of the 3 4 days. Clean the upper circuit board with light acohol wipe. Remove the master switch from the driver door side panel. 5 use a hand dryer about 1ft away to dry the board.

I don t know if its the switch or motor i don t. Recently my driver door lock has started to not work when i unlock truck with my keyless remote. My passenger side mirror quit working several months ago and now the driver s side doesn t work either. The driver lock has completely quit and the other 3 doors work randomly.

2008 silverado hd 2500 the driver side door control panel randomly does not work. Look for brownish spots. That will answer your problem on the switch. They just don t do anything when you try to control them with the electric buttons.

All other windows work from the individaul controls. The auto doo locks do not work fo rom the drivers side but do work form passenger side and key fob. Well if it s just your driver window that s not working on the switch then you need to take the door panel off of the door unplug the window motor and check for voltage at the plug. The driver window both passenger windows will not roll down from the drivers side.

I have an 03 tahoe and the same happened to me my dvd player wouldnt turn off after opening the door foot pedal adjust buttons or my mirror turn signal. 08 tahoe every other door works fine. Get the four screws out and slowly ply open the master switch. The controls on the drivers side door panel do not work except for passenger window.

If the truck sits for a period of time hour or longer it seems to work but not always. Dude trust me dont go spending money until you check this. First pull your panel and see if the grey latch is fastened to the door on the harness. 2003 suburban liftgate unlocks with remote or drivers door control.

Have searched prices of new locks and probably will repair myself. Door locks on 3 of 4 doors 2009 tahoe 78000 miles. Assembly everything back together and plug it back into the driver side. Typically will go on for 3 4 days then suddenly works again.

Before i go tearing into things anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this and fix it.
