2014 chevy impala blend door actuator location.
So i though i ll get the part i need.
The blend door actuator located on the air box right hand side under dash is prob.
Worst case senerio the blend door its self is broken.
Could this be my issue or something else.

It is probably the blend actuator as when it does occasionally happen the air comes out in the correct place defrost upper vents floor depending on the setting just not the correct temperature seems to only happen to me in warm weather and the a c continues to blow cold on the passenger side but blows warm on driver side.
Been fighting ac issues for a few weeks now and while replacing the cabin filter a few min ago i noticed the pass side was actually cold while the driver side was still warm both on low.

Before installing the new actuator it s a good idea to manually turn the blend door in both directions to ensure it is not stuck which will cause the new actuator to fail.
